and don’t get me wrong,

it makes sense until… it doesn’t.


you begin to realize that this advice lives on a cycle of madness of its own.


to consume and consume until you are consumed.


I got inspired to express the rhythm of the cycle of madness that the advice “to consume more” takes me on.

I had the privilege of capturing a good friend’s first-ever attempt

at the world’s hottest fitness event, Hyrox.


I focused on capturing stills of the physical expression of the many emotions that he goes through while he attempts to get a good time on his first-ever attempt.
